PI6C49S1504T和PI6C4911502D是高性能时钟缓冲器,支持高达1.5GHz的时钟晶振频率,非常低的附加抖动。PI6C49S1504T是一款四路输出,具有用户可选输出的缓冲器,支持LVPECL的信号格式,LVDS和HCSL。它的输入类型也是可在两对之间选择,差分输入或晶振输入。 PI6C4911502D是两路输出LVPECL缓冲器集成两个,用户可配置的独立分频器,提供按比例缩小的时钟信号多个目的地。其输入支持 LVPECL、LVDS、CML和HCSL差分晶体振荡器。 两款器件均支持2.5V/3.3V电源 具有独立输入和输出的电源 电平转换的电源电压。 PI6C49S1504T可在W-QFN5050-32封装和PI6C4911502D可在 W-QFN3030-16封装。
