Diodes公司推出业界小封装的环保时钟振荡器KD3270031,ECERA有源晶振,随着SMD时钟振荡器的是 DIODES™主流产品,它是业界首批优质的振荡器之一。这种双差分通道器件的双向操作提供 2:1 无源复用和解复用功能。凭借其独特的设计,该开关具有行业领先的动态电气特性,可最大限度地减少信号衰减。位间偏移为 3ps(典型值),而通道间偏移仅为 10ps(典型值)。在 16GHz 下工作时,插入损耗和回波损耗都保持非常低,分别为 -2.7dB 和 -10.8dB。其 1.8V 电源电压和紧凑的尺寸使该开关非常适合用于便携式电子设备。
