FOX进口晶体,遥遥领先的6G无线网晶振,FC2BACBEI40.0晶振,美国福克斯晶振公司,石英晶振,贴片晶振,无源晶振,高精密石英晶振,进口晶振,FOX晶振,高品质晶振,低损耗晶振,欧美晶振,遥遥领先晶振,室外6G基站晶振,汽车电子晶振,汽车辅助驾驶晶振,高精度晶振,FOX晶振在生产工艺上采用了高精密点胶技术:晶片胶点的位置、大小:位置准确度以及胶点大小一致性,通过图像识别及高精密度数字定位系统的运用、使晶片的点胶的精度在±0.02mm之内。FOX晶体内部石英晶片均采用了全自动压电石英晶片清洗技术,采用高压喷淋清洗,兆声振动的原理,一个全自动、清洗过程由PLC控制,由传输装置、喷淋清洗段、喷淋漂洗段、风力吹水段等, 操作自动化程度高,除上下工件需要人工外,其余全部由设备自动完成。根据需要,对速度,温度,时间等参数进行调整,使之最大限度的满足工艺需要。能最大限度除去晶片污染物,并防止人工污染。
